I have been a student of Iyengar Yoga since the early 90s, and began teaching in 2000. I have studied several times with the Iyengars, both in Pune, India and in Canada.

As a teacher certified with the Iyengar Yoga Association of Canada (Intermediate Junior 2), I continue to study on an ongoing basis with senior teachers in the tradition, as well as actively building the Iyengar community here in Nova Scotia.

I am grateful for the gift of Iyengar Yoga, which came into my life as a means of healing in a time of great need.
