Foundations
Appropriate for all levels. Learn the basic actions required for all the poses to come.
Levels 1 & 2
For students who have developed ease with the poses in the Foundations syllabus. More poses are introduced, such as the shoulder stand family (Level 1), moving into headstand (Level 2), seated twists, and back-bending. I teach these poses in a variety of forms, with the emphasis on ease and safety.
Restorative
For returning students recovering from ailments, suffering from stress, or working with conditions requiring a supported practice. Supported inversions are the cornerstone of this practice. Poses are held longer, with more silence, than in other classes.
Private Sessions
Appropriate for those who need help with a specific physical issue or pose, who can’t make scheduled classes, or who prefer to work one-on-one. Contact me to make arrangements.
